CallaStar: sorting and bunching of calla
The CallaStar is the latest standard sorting and bunching machine for processing calla/zantedeschia. This machine was developed in modules, so that there is a solution for everyone that is fitting for their situation. The callas are classified on sorting parameters and dropped in buffer trays or fed in bunching stations. From these bunching stations the flowers are bound and picked up manually, assessed and placed at the correct distance in relation to the cutting knife and the binders.
The Calla sorting and bunching machine sorts the callas on the basis of:

- Calyx/flower height
- Calyx/flower surface
- Stem thickness
- Stem curve
