MagniFica Hydrangea: sorting and bunching machine for hydrangea

The MagniFica is Havatec's latest sorting and bunching machine and is suitable for various hydrangea. The machine is based on a patented clamp/infeed system, which transports the flowers through an inspection module. After inspecting the flower for diameter and length, the flower is cut.

The flowers are counted in the correct bunching station and sorted onto the conveyors. The belts have sufficient buffer to place several bunches of a set number. After this process, an employee can pick up the bunches of flowers and neatly even them and then bind them on a binding line with Havatec binders. A Wicl-B can also be used for hydrangea.

Sorting
