Making hand bouquets twice as fast?

The Havatec Twister is the first machine in the world that makes hand turned flower bouquets. The Twister makes bouquets with 10 to 35 stems and is available in different versions. It has several tables that hold a variety of flowers. The tables are filled manually according to a chosen recipe. The software decides in which section the flowers are placed.

The tables are connected to a conveyor belt that moves in the direction of the carrousel. The bouquet is then made in the carrousel. As soon as the bouquet is finished it is moved onto the pocket belt with an integrated Wicl-b binder. This innovation ensures tightly tied bouquet. Both the number of windings as well as the height is adjustable. The Twister can transform a large variety of flowers in a twisted bouquet automatically.
